Return Policy

1. Products are returnable after product delivery and as per our condtion, If you have received product physically damaged, missing parts or product accessories, defective, different from their description.

2. Return will be processed only below some conditions:

  • Product not damaged by your end
  • The product is not different from what was shipped
  • The product is returned in original condition.
  • If product box damaged

3. If you report an issue and if we need to homevisit then we schedule a technician visit to your location. This visit is free of cost. After check your product issue base on our Terms and Conditions a resolution will be provided.

4. If you return an smart phone OR any electronic device which stores any your information, please removed all information from that device.

5. If any product return policy time over you can not return product

6. If any product information in details page non-returnable then cannot be returned.

7. If you have received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact our team same time.

Return & Exchange Policy

As of providing transparency we have formulated this return & exchange policy to create a bridge of honesty. Our main aim is to clear you about your purchase. We have collected all possible reasons related to return, cancelations or exchange. We request you to go through the policy before placing the order or claiming for a refund or exchange.

We have provided each little details in each questions so all customers are advised to read it from top to bottom.

  1. My product is defective or parcel is damaged or torn, can I claim for a refund?

Yes, we take your product back if it’s defective or damaged, saree is torn. In this case we have both options available. First, you can one time exchange with same saree (free of cost). second, You can return it and claim for a refund. The second option costs Rs. 250 if you want your money back. As of business, we have lots of costs to bear. That’s why we have provided you ‘free’ option as well. You can exchange with same saree for one time.

  1. Product quality is bad or not as I expected. Can I return or exchange?

We always try to deliver best sarees to our customers but we produce imitation work. We don’t produce original fabric sarees because original costs 10 times higher and it does not meet the need of customers. Saree might have specific type of designs so it looks defective. But it’s woven designs. Sometimes threads messed up. It’s not defect. It’s same thing in that designs of saree. Don’t expect sarees to be as exact on the picture.

  1. I don’t like the colour of saree. Can you take it back?

No, we do not provide exchange or return if customer don’t like the colour. There is 20% colour difference in some sarees as compared to picture. Please ask for a video anytime. While taking images, picture comes with bright colours. Not all sarees looks different but some sarees are different from images. See the video of saree and then place order.

  1. what is the timeframe of raising any issue?

You can raise any issue within 3 days after delivery. We are not responsible for any issue after this timeframe.

  1. What is the procedure for any claim?

You can reach out to our WhatsApp number or you can email at Support@indapp.in. You can chat via chat button on website bottom-right corner. You can reach out to Instagram handle.

  1. How many days it takes to exchange or return?

We generate request after your claim. Than currier boy will pick up the parcel from your address. You will be provided with tracking number. It takes 7 days to reach the parcel to warehouse. We ship your exchange saree immediately as soon as we receive the parcel. Total time for exchange is 12 to 14 days. In case of return, procedure will be same. As soon as we receive your return. We will refund your money after cutting ₹250.

  1. Can I exchange or return gift items?

If you are ordering the parcel for someone else, make sure you provide all the details to that person. We don’t take parcel back if the related person just not like the product.

  1. For what reasons I can’t claim for return or exchange?

Below are some reasons you can’t claim a exchange or refund.

  • My mom/wife/loved ones doesn't like it. (It's not our fault if consumer doesn't like it. Be clear for your order. We always do our best)
  • I didn't see the original pictures. (We provide you activity logs of our website where small changes made by any employee of Indapp is mentioned. We don't change pictures frequently. We can provide you proofs. So consider purchasing with awareness. We will provide all the details whatever you like but we don't provide refund on return in this case.
  • Product is not "exactly" as pictures (better ask for real videos before you order. We always here to help you on Whatsapp)
  • Quality is not as expected { we manufacture imitation work. We always focus on quality. Please look for original product. If it's higher price range than we can provide imitation in this price range. WE CAN'T PROVIDE ORGINAL PRODUCTS JUST BECAUSE ORIGINAL COSTS 10 TIMES HIGHER) You can ask for videos.
  • We don't provide return, refund, partial refund or exchange for above reasons. We don't take decision based on emotions. We can accept or reject your request based on relationship with the customer. We have right to refund you against this policy or reasons.

 

  1. What to do If my parcel is not showing tracking details?

Once the currier is shipped, we don’t have information about where the parcel exactly is. Lost parcel has insurance so no worry about your money. Parcel may get late or takes more than expected delivery date. If the parcel doesn’t reach you within 30 days of order. Your full money will be refunded.

  1. What to do if I have wrong details filled incorrectly?
    It’s solely your responsibility to enter right details. By mistake if you done anything wrong, let us inform via mail or WhatsApp.

 

  1. Can I cancel the order one it has been placed?
    We bear all the costs for prepaid orders as well as COD orders. We request you to order the things you really want. Don’t order something which you are not sure of. Don’t order just because you want to see the real product. We have all costs like shipping forward, shipping return, payment processing, packaging, printing, etc. We don’t want you to feel cheated after delivery. As we take ₹250 as return/cancellation fees to treat the genuine customers and filter out the window shoppers.

Fees will be applicable for prepaid & COD orders. If you cancel the order in between the transit, we have a right to charge you fees as per return policy.

  1. How this policy works for resellers?

When you order sarees for resell purpose or half of retell prices mentioned on the website. We do not take returns or replace the sarees at any cost for resellers. Defective item will be taken or exchanged.

Note:- We have right to change any portion of the above policy without further notice. Policy is applicable once it has been placed.
